Mike Knecht is amazingly patient. We dragged the poor man around to many many houses before buying. He always was happy, knowledgeable, easy to deal with.

In spite of what I am sure is a very heavy schedule, Mike always responds promptly and makes himself available. He answered our questions at all hours of the day and night. He went out of his way to meet our needs, with patience and good humour. The path we traveled had rough patches, but in the end, we got our dream home, and we are so grateful for Mike's help.
