Riz is very professional and friendly to work with. As a first time home buyer, naturally, I had endless questions throughout the whole process. He is highly experienced and with his in depth knowledge of the real estate market, he answered most of my questions and clarified any concerns I had. It was easy to schedule visits to the listed properties no matter they are near or far, although at times he was running slightly behind the schedule. While making an offer he provided us with the requested information that helped us to make informed decisions. We felt he is genuine in providing his opinion, gave us enough time, while making the purchase offers. Fortunately, our second offer was accepted and Riz provided us with a complimentary app that made the whole moving process hassle free. Post purchase the communication did lag a bit. However, just a day before closing, when we had a minor hiccup regarding one of the appliances at the property we bought, he stepped up to negotiate what we thought was a fair ask. It was no surprise that he has good reputation at our lawyer's office as well. Even after closing he was only a call away to help me regarding a small glitch.
