5 stars isn't nearly enough to rate the performance of Pete and his partner Sue LeBlanc. It's difficult and stressful enough to sell your home at the best of times. However, I live across the country in British Columbia. My home was rented and the tenants did over $10,000 in damages to the place. I had to do a lot of work on the house before I could even sell it. Try doing THAT when you're not close! :) Pete and Sue stepped in and saved the day. He ran the show, found people to do the work and negotiated good deals for me. He also made sure the work got done and (with his builder/construction knowledge) he made sure things were doe properly. Sue was instrumental in wrapping up the final details; washing the windows, vacuuming, making sure the house was presentable for showing. I simply could not have accomplished all that without that dynamic team. Then, in trying to sell this condominium in a slow market they had to draw on their creative side and come up with several "out of the box" thinking strategies to market my property. Then, in the final stages, Pete once again stepped up and demonstrated his superb negotiating skills an offer deserving of my home. Throughout all of this Peter spent the time with me so as to make me feel like I was his only client (although I am quite certain that is not the case). With his positive outlook and infectious personality, this transaction went as smooth as could be expected. Even considering I'm on the other side of the country. We've successfully worked together before and as far as I am concerned, with this dynamic duo on board, there is no one else to work with that can compare. They are the best! Thanks for being you.

Our search for a home in London began in May of 2015. W searched the Sutton site and found a home we wanted to view, but we did not have an agent. They put us into contact with Pete. He called us back and we set up a meeting time. He asked us what we were hoping for in terms of size of home, number of rooms we wanted, the area of London we wanted to live in. Since we were not too familiar with London, we left that up to him. He gave us really good suggestions right from the start. He also sent us a link to a property listing page he set up for us, with homes he thought we would be interested in seeing, and kept that list going till we found our dream home. In our first meeting, we viewed 13 homes! This helped give us a clearer picture of exactly what we were looking for. Pete was very attentive to our situation, and needs. We have two small children. We spent a generous amount of time in each home. He gave us his honest, straightforward opinion on each of the homes we saw. We never felt rushed or confused about our options. We came back to London a few times more to see more homes. Pete, and his wife Sue, even met us half way in Mississauga to sign documentation on one home we made an offer on. He was very exacting, making certain that all details were correct. He was steadfast in ensuring that everything was going to plan with weekly phone calls to see how we were coming along with selling our home in Toronto.. When we did close the deal, he made sure he got us the best possible price. He also helped us better understand the terms and conditions of buying a brand new home, and clarified many things for us. When we moved, he made sure that we were prepared by sending us documentation on moving, storage, places to call and set up new accounts. Not only did Pete stay in touch after moving day, but also went above and beyond! Since my husband had to stay in Toronto for 2 weeks after we closed, Pete called to make sure that my children and I were settling in. He even brought us breakfast and lunch and came over twice to see how things were going. He went as far as picking up my husband from the train station! He called us back a week after closing, checking up and making sure we were OK. Each time he called, he made sure to remind us that, if we needed anything, not to hesitate to call him. So, in closing, Peter LeBlanc is an exceptional and amazing real estate agent. He's warm, down to earth, and has a great sense of humor. And even though he unsuccessfully tried to lose us in London traffic several times, his knowledge and honest opinions proved invaluable in helping us find our new home here.

Pete and Sue were always there to offer advice when we had questions. We were never made to feel any question was silly and they were very flexible with their availability. Any messages by phone or email were returned in a timely manner. They were always polite and knowledgable and should they not have an immediate answer, they found out the answer and let us know. I first want to start off by saying that both Pete and Sue were an absolute pleasure to work with! When I first called Pete to introduce myself and request his assistance in finding a home, he spent a lengthy amount of time with me to confirm what I was looking for. This made us feel very important. While on the phone, he brought up several of the homes that I had my eye on and went through the listing with me. This was very helpful and made us feel very important. Both Sue and Pete pointed out several things, both negative and positive, about the homes we looked at. This made us feel that Pete and Sue were truly trying to find us a home that would work for us, not just make a sale. On a couple of occasions, Pete had mentioned that he did not think we should buy the house that we were viewing and that we could get a lot more for our money elsewhere. He made sure that we were not settling and was encouraging us to continue with the search for our perfect home. He was very helpful in noticing things that were wrong with a house. As a first time home buyers, my partner and I were not familiar or would not have noticed some of these deficiencies. Pete and Sue were very punctual and accommodating. They would respond by text message in a timely manner and phone calls were always picked up, no voice mails needed. Anytime we requested to see a home, they were willing to accommodate the request, even if it was last minute. They are both very easy to talk to and outgoing.
