This was a particularly stressful sale due to the fact that my property was tenanted with individuals who were extremely difficult to work with. Regardless of the fact that they made endless demands regarding Covid protocol, showing times, and ultimately denied eight showings, Karen managed to achieve a sale price that was far beyond my expectations. Although I was their landlord, Karen took the pressure off my shoulders by responding to their complaints/demands on my behalf, helping to make the sale as stress-free for me as possible under very trying circumstances.
Also, Karen was resourceful in her marketing the property in the best possible light to potential buyers. There were three single tenants in a two bedroom home which resulted in a cluttered visual look. Karen used virtual staging to help show the property's potential to prospective buyers. I believe this was instrumental in helping with the sale.
