Brandon Town from the minute we met for the first time was a constant professional. Brandon took the time to have his research done prior to our first face to meeting on what the market was in our area and how we could maximize profit on our home. I would like to pass on my experience at the first time home buyers seminar that Matt and I attended March 2015 .Brandon and Susan did a wonderful job and used real life examples for how to achieve our goals of buying a home. Brandon walked us through the process of what paper work is needed and what a listing really looks like and how he can save us money on closing costs and give vital information about the property, like how much it's really worth. He really gave both Matt and I a very strong feeling that he is the real deal, that he will do all that is within his power to find you the property that you want and at a price that works for your budget! Susan was super informative about what options we had for saving money and how to grow our money while saving for our home. She showed us a fantastic chart with comparisons of different types of mortgages, depending on how much your mortgage was, your savings for retirement were drastically different. She also mentioned the concept of people not relying on the sale of their home for retirement and saving outside their main asset. I thought this was a great example of how you can keep your home for life and still have money put aside to live happy in retirement! Over all Matt and I left this seminar very inspired and full of information that would have taken many hours to collect ourselves. I would recommend this seminar to all my friends and family that are looking to buy their first home. I strongly urge you all to do the same! I am very pleased to have a chance to write a review for Brandon and the Zahnd Team. After years of looking for a very specific kind of home and property we were connected with Brandon and the Zahnd team with almost no prior knowledge of what they could offer. After sitting down with Brandon and learning about their philosophies for how to sell your house for as much as possible as well as how to find your dream house we put our faith in him and were greatly rewarded. After a few weeks of working with Brandon we found our dream home and sold our home well over asking price within nine days. Everything Brandon did had a purpose during the process of looking, buying and selling. The tools that the Zahnd Team provide in their package such as market analysis, MLS listing, home staging consultants, pre-home inspection and professional photography and video benefited us significantly. Ask Brandon about the "Open House on Steroids" as this created a huge buzz in the neighbourhood and for other realtors when we had an open house. Ironically, after a highly successful open house we ended up accepting one of the several offers from the day previous which was the very first day we listed our home.
