Commissions and fees for real estate
Fivewalls is a free service, there are no obligations, and no hidden costs. Just choose your favourite agents to interview. Fivewalls gets paid by the real estate agents.
While Fivewalls won’t charge you, there are some commission fees associated with buying and selling a place paid to both the listing and buyer’s agents.
The seller pays commission on the final property price. Buyers are typically not responsible for paying commission to their agent.
