Quality over Quantity is how I run my business with the goal that our relationship continue years after the sale ends. A good portion of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Easygoing and Down to Earth is how most of my clients would describe me. They would also tell you that you can ask me a "million questions" , patience is vital in this business as many transactions involve dealing with a first time Home Buyer or first time Listing a Home.

As a real estate investor myself, my goal is also to help clients build wealth through Real Estate. I have lots of experience in renovations, having completed multiple 'fixer uppers'. As someone who owns rental properties, I have plenty of knowledge when it comes to Multi Unit investing as well. There are plenty of strategies to choose from, based on your goals whether short or long term. This is an area that I am very passionate about and have lots of knowledge to share.
