I am a Sales Representative with over 28 wonderful years in my chosen career of real estate, working at one of the top-producing Royal Lepage Terrequity offices in Toronto, Canada.
The reason I love my work is that I get paid to do all the things I love while meeting interesting people from different occupations, a variety of places, & all stages of life. I have the opportunity to teach and train, create marketing plans, assist people in visualizing their new homes and most importantly I help people make one of life's major decisions. Every aspect of being in real estate is something I enjoy and everyday being a little different has allowed me to develop a unique range of skills and expertise.
In addition to being in the top 10% of Coldwell Sales Representatives nationally and top 1% in my office, I have extensive training from the Mike Ferry Sales Organization, North America's best real estate sales training course. I have achieved award winning levels in 25 of my 28 years in the business. Including achieving Top Agent for Coldwell Banker Terrequity’s Eglinton Office for unit production in 2009 and 2010.
