My background with homes and real estate runs deep. I have worked in construction, have co-owned a home renovation company, and my father was a realtor in KW for more than 25 years. I have been helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership for more than a decade now, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I was born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo. It is not only where I live, it is a community that I have always taken great pride in being a part of and I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather raise my own children than here in Waterloo region.
I love working with first time buyers and sellers! Buying or selling a home for the first time can seem like a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be. When I meet new clients for the first time, I can often sense that their guard is up and that they aren’t quite sure what to expect. One of my favourite moments is when the dynamic shifts after a few minutes of conversation and they realize that I am an approachable person who is not trying to sell them something and it is like a weight lifts from their shoulders. I prefer to collaborate directly with my clients. My goal is to get to know them as well as I can so that I can provide them with the best possible advice, tools and guidance that is specifically tailored to them and their journey in real estate.
