In the same day I can be helping first time home buyers purchase their first, downtown trendy condo while helping a family up-size to a "lifetime" home to make room for their growing family, help a retiree down-size from the "lifetime" family home to a retirement bungalow or condo and be working with a Builder to re-develop land or custom build an executive luxury home! There is never a dull moment and always many opportunities to learn and expand my already diverse real estate experience. A key ingredient to keeping up with such diversity? Working with a solid partner - Mike Ingram and I have worked together since 2010. It really does take two to keep up with the momentum of the Real Estate market!

Where do I start? We met Quentin by chance at a open house in Guelph his attitude and demeanor was not like that of other real estate agent I had ever met before. We hit it off and started a ten year adventure that finally ended with us finding our dream home.
