What Questions Should I Ask?
Create a list of questions you want to ask your top choices for agents. Compare their answers and if you still are not sure, interview another three and compare their answers again. Do not feel bad if you have to interview more than three, the agent is probably used to it!
Ask them questions like:
“How long have you been in the industry?”- “How will we keep in touch and communicate?”
- “What is your marketing strategy?”
- “Which neighborhoods do you specialize in?”
- “What other professionals can you connect me with?”
- “What can you offer me that other agents cannot?”
- “What is your commission?”
- “What else would you like to tell me about yourself?”
Reviewed Reputation
If you are stuck on who to reach out too, make sure you are checking for the agent’s reviews.
