Agent Sign-Up Process

Sign-Up Process
You can request to join our platform through our site.

1. Click Join As An Agent >> at the bottom of the homepage and follow the steps to sign up
2. Someone will contact you to set up an interview

In order to join Fivewalls agents must meet the following criteria:

1. Have at least 5 years of experience or is a rising star who is recommended by their Broker of Record.
2. Work full-time; minimum of 15-20 transactions per year.
3. Be able to obtain at least 30 reviews from past clients.
4. Successfully complete the interview process.
5. Have their information verified by their Broker of Record or Branch Manager.

Fivewalls agent interview/sign up process includes:

1. Phone interview with the Agent Community Manager
2. Verification of information with the Broker of Record/Branch Manager (if the agent meets the vetting criteria)
3. Signing the Fivewalls Referral Agreement
4. Creating your profile

A member of the Fivewalls team will send you an email that will contain an access link to the HelloSign e-signature platform where you can electronically sign the Network Agreement.


Creating Your Profile
1. Receive the invitation from a Fivewalls staff member to access you profile
2. Create a unique password
3. Provide Fivewalls with a professional headshot to be used as your profile photo
4. Complete all sections of your profile: *Sample profile included below
  • Professional information (year licensed, transactions, Broker of Record information, etc)
  • About me
  • Top 3 reasons to work with me
  • Awards
  • Certifications
  • Photos of recently sold homes

5. Send out review invitations to past clients.
6. Link your social media accounts containing reviews to your profile. (If applicable)

7. Maximum time allotted to complete your profile is 2 weeks.
