Fivewalls is an online site that allows home buyers and sellers to research and get matched with top local real estate agents from leading brokerages.
Fivewalls was founded by two very successful entrepreneurs, Paul Hayman and Lee Piccoli. Both have a deep understanding of the meaning of home and how trust is imperative to a successful professional relationship. In addition, both Paul and Lee have personally had their fair share of good and bad real estate experiences. These mixed experiences were a big reason for the founding of Fivewalls back in 2014. Along with a passionate and seasoned Fivewalls team, they are determined to change the old-school selling and buying process.
Fivewalls was founded on a simple principle: “We want you to have a terrific experience when selling or buying your home and we want you to achieve your goals. We know that for this to happen incredibly well, you need a real estate professional you can trust.”
Fivewalls was founded in 2014 but took many years before that to build and create the concept we have now. We are constantly evolving to ensure we bring our customers the best experience possible.
Yes, to legally be able to collect a referral fee we must be a real estate brokerage. However, we are unlike your traditional real estate brokerage as we do not have any of our own agents who represent us.
We collect what the industry calls a “Referral fee” from an agent, for any customer who buys and/or sells with the agent we referred them to. This means we only make money if our customers are happy with the agents we recommended.

About Our Agents

Every agent on Fivewalls goes through our strict vetting process. In order to begin to qualify for a Fivewalls profile an agent must meet our basic requirements. These requirements are:

  • An agent must have at least 5 years of experience or is a rising star recommended by their Broker of Record.
  • An agent must be a full-time REALTOR® with a minimum of 15 transactions per year.
  • An agent must be able to obtain at least 30 reviews from past clients.
Once they meet these basic requirements they go through an interview to ensure they are a good fit for our program.
We then verify all the information with their Broker or Record (their boss) to ensure the information is correct.
Once an agent has gone through our interview process and their information has been verified, they can start creating their Fivewalls Profile. In order for us to approve their profile they must have a fully completed profile and have over 30 reviews.

No, an agent cannot pay their way to the top of our site. Every agent goes through a strict vetting process in order to be accepted into our program and our algorithm determines which agents to recommend.
During business hours we have a 30-minute guarantee that the agent you contact will respond to your inquiry or a representative from Fivewalls will recommend other available agents. We have a 87% success rate with agents responding to customers within 30 minutes.
Fivewalls uses a unique algorithm to determine which agents would be the best fit for you based on your needs. This algorithm takes in to account an agents level of experience, type of experience, services they offer and a few other details to determine who would be the best fit.
Honestly, agents love Fivewalls. Why do they love us? There are so many other referral sites and programs out there for agents but none that take their vetting process as seriously as we do. Agents on Fivewalls are top producers and like to really connect with their customers. Fivewalls helps an agent show off their skills and services as well, helps them separate themselves from the hundreds of other REALTORS®.

Fivewalls Customer Support

Every agent on Fivewalls is held publicly accountable for the service they provide you. This means that if you had a bad experience with your Fivewalls agent you can leave them a public review on their profile for other potential home buyers and sellers to read. Fivewalls also reserves the right to remove any agent who receives too many negative reviews.
Fivewalls is here to ensure you have the best experience possible. Once you reach out to an agent on Fivewalls we will continuously check in to make sure you are happy with the agent and to address any concerns you may have. As well, since you are a Fivewalls customer you will have access to exclusive content and special service offers.
At Fivewalls, we have done all the background research for you. We spend countless hours finding the best agents, interviewing and vetting them to make sure they meet our strict requirements. We also offer our clients exclusive offers and bonuses.
We only feature agent profiles on our site and not MLS listings. As well, unlike traditional real estate companies we feature real estate agents from hundreds of different real estate companies ranging from larger brokerages (Re/Max, Royal LePage) to small boutiques (Trilliumwest, StreetCity). We are also the only site that provides a unique combination of extensive and verified information on agents, such as their statistics, experience, client reviews and more.
Fivewalls is a FREE service that allows you to search and get a top recommended real estate agent. You will not pay extra for using an agent you found on Fivewalls. Every agent sets their own commission rate that can be negotiated directly with them, but they will not charge you more because you found them through Fivewalls.
